Hi everyone!

Its been a long time I haven't chit-chat here. Its been nearly six months since we started our shop at Seri Q-Lap Mall. I would like to thank all our customers..old and new for all the support and patronage. Its been encouraging that we have to keep up to the momentum. There are lots to do! Lucky we have good help from my cousin and the Girls. We werent sure of our location at first but Seri Q-Lap Mall has been perfect for us so far..its like a "boutique" mall..a mall for the ladies! Of course we still need to do some improvements here and there. Lisa and Dania likes to go to the shop to help (*mess*) out..and of course the reward that they get - Jollibee and ice-cream at Fleur de lys..

Anyway, ever since we opened our doors at the shop, we try to bring in whatever we can..I think we have the widest range. Honestly, nowadays I dont have that much time to update the blog but I still want to keep this blog running and make it as one of the way we communicate to you all. You just really need to go to the shop to see the stuff we have :)

We have the new style PINK range of products and the old range as well. Supermodel perfume 75ml and 30ml- rumour says that this range will be discontinued..I guess they want to introduce new scents. We also have most perfumes by Victoria's Secret like Very Sexy Hot, So in Love, Breathless, Basic Instinct.

Anyway, I've written enough for this time I think..O yes...and I just need to mention that I love the American Idol Finale...such a spectacular show..the best ever..and most of all my favourite won. Im so happy for Kris Allen. I hope the DJs on the radio will play the songs that he sang on the show. Cant wait for his album.:) :)

WE ARE OPENED!

Hi All!

First of all, I am very sorry for the lack of update lately. We have been very busy preparing for our move to the shop. As I said before, I will try my best to update this blog as often as I can. So, before I do some update on the items, I would like to say some words of thanks to some people who made the opening of our shop so memorable for us.

We would like to thank Mr.Tan, Julian, Mr. Kong, Ah Hock, Winnie & Ms.Lim of Cityneon and Danny of Nyuk Lan for making this move possible and easy for us. Always giving us advise and did things the way we wanted it to be. Also to Eric for helping us with the Credit Card Machine - Thanks for believing in us!

Thanks also to the wonderful DJs at Kristal FM especially Jenny, Honey and Keeja for helping us to promote our shop and doing the quizzes...to AnakBrunei - thanks for the nice shots and flowers; Rano - for making his way to our shop after his long trip; and to the Borneo Bulletin people - sorry we couldnt really sit down that long but we hope our Store Manager and our little girls kept you well informed! :) Also to Joce, Pea Eng, Amy, Noy, Chan and Aileen for the flowers and support.

We also need to thank G-dah for voluntarily helping out and dropping in when she's free, Dan, Anne, Himah, Billah, Safura, Zaty and Tiqah for 'rescuing' us!! hehe. Also to Jasmine of www.jazzscraps.blogspot.com for coming up with lovely creative tags for the shop.Thanks to my family for being there during the opening and supporting us...to Mama for officiating and missing her 'function' just to be with us..Babah for the greens..and my sis & family for coming ikut menyibuk jua!:) Also to my boys - "Hang in there!" also to our maids for understanding and helping out during the busy times.

We would like to mention a special "THANK YOU" too to our valued customers and everyone who came on our opening day (esp. to "Zura" who became our FIRST EVER CUSTOMER at the shop)...Thanks again for your patronage and support. Thank you also to all our well wishers. We hope that you all will continue the support and we hope to serve you all even better.

But above all we really want to say our 'Syukur Alhamdulillah' to Allah Al-Mighty for a smooth opening and all that's been given to us so far...

We are opening at Seri Q-Lap Mall

Dear valued customers and readers,

As we have mentioned before, InsyaAllah, we will be opening our store at 1st floor, Seri Q-Lap Mall (Unit L2/5) on Friday, 12 December 2008. On the Opening Day, we will be opening the doors only after 4.00pm that day. Then, we are open everyday and our normal business hours is from 10am to 9.30pm and as usual we will be closed during Friday Prayers from 12.30pm - 1.30pm.

As we are preparing for the opening, we will be closing our services at home starting Monday, 8th December 2008 (so, last day at home is Sunday, 7th December).

So, I would like to take this opportunity to invite all of you to our opening day and weekend as we are having some special promotions during that weekend...(until stock lasts!!). So, dengan segala hormatnya di jemput semua datang OK! :))

On questions of our pricing..Well, we would have to put our price slightly higher...just slightly..won't be that much. On the other hand, we are also introducing our 'Customer Loyalty Program', so, you will get benefit and discounts from your purchases!

Regarding the maintenance of this blog, we will not be shutting this blog yet. We will still update it as often as we can. Kalau terlambat, terlebih dahulu minta maaf banyak-banyak and hopefully, you won't see too many 'sold out' status put up on the blog..as the customers who come to the store would have the 'upper hand'.

So...we hope that we can give you a good service...Wish us luck!!! hehe and SEE YOU ALL THERE!

WONDERFUL WEEKEND

Hi all!

I thought I might share some wonderful moments I (we) had over the weekend. Our son graduated from his primary school yesterday. We are so proud of him for getting a very good result. (He was confident that he would get straight As, so he was a bit disappointed he didnt..but he's OK 5 minutes later!). There is always a next time....
The graduation ceremony was very spectacular and inspiring for the students. Goodbye Seri Mulia Sarjana School...

"Bye T.Vincent!! See you around! (when I pick up my brother and sister from school..hehe)"

Dania's concert was as well over the weekend..with her dancing to 'Bole Chudiyan' (click here for the music video on youtube....a very infectious song!) from the movie Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gham(whatever that means!)......and the Vivaldi children of Jigsaw Playschool looked so cute and adorable in their Bollywood outfit. Thank you Aunty Noor and Aunty Rosy for the unforgettable first Dania's Bollywood dance....

Victoria's Secret - My reviews and chit chat..

Assalamualaikum and Hi All!

I havent written for quite some time. First of all, we have taken another step further today in providing an alternative mode of payment. I'm happy to announce that we are now able to accept payments via credit card (Visa & Mastercard) with minimum purchase of $30. This facility was requested by most of our customers, so I hope this facility will ease you. We do take our customers' feedback seriously and will try to improve our service from time to time.

As you can see, we now also bring in some makeups like lipstick, blusher, lip shine etc (although limited). I personally am using the Perfect Lipstick (Melt) and High Definition Mascara. I have dry lips but The Perfect Lipstick is light and non-drying. The colour also blends well with my skin colour, so it looks natural on my lips. On the High Definition Mascara, well, its just perfect for me! very easy to apply on my eyelashes..not sticky at all. I love it!

We have been getting a lot of requests on bringing in VS lingerie. We are currently exploring the possibility of accommodating such request..but it has to be based on orders only for a start.

I have to apologise for neglecting BATH & BODY WORKS (BBW) as our latest updates are mostly on Victoria's Secret products. I feel so guilty for not promoting it as much as I do for VS as BBW products are really good. Do you know that BBW's Aromatherapy range is the top aromatherapy product in USA? It is indeed! Even the body butter is "clinically proven to relieve dry skin and strengthen skin's natural moisture barrier, promoting healing to restore a healthy, beautiful appearance" (source: BBW). At the moment, I'm using Sparkling Peach body butter and I apply liberally on my feet especially the cracked (dry) part. It is now starting to improve.

My history with VICTORIA'S SECRET and BATH & BODY WORKS

I have been using VS since 2003 that I got from a local bazaar at Gadong Centrepoint. The first one I bought was Love Spell Hand & Body Cream. I totally fell in love with it...still in love with it and it has also spread to the love of VS's sister - Bath & Body Works!!! Both awesome...refreshing & alluring...everyday & night!

I started selling VS beauty products last year- May 2007, and sales has been very encouraging... and till now sales has been great- thanks to my family and friends for their tremendous support..and NOW I'm into Bath & Body Works. I think, not many people here are using this product yet because it is scarce - it is only sold in U.S. But it is as great as VS too..Thanks to great friendship, I am able to get them direct. Now I have regulars who enjoys shopping with me! So, why not you?

BBW has 51 different scents to choose from..yes 51. At the moment, I only carry 11 scents - U.S top-selling ones! Stock runs out fast. So, get yours now! :)
