I used to weigh just 42kg when I got married and had my first child. My waist was just 23 inches. I was often called 'kurus karing' during my teenage years and I really hated it when people say that..but it was the actual fact. I tried hard to make myself look 'berisi' so that I look better. I tried drinking full-fat milk, eating full-fat cream...just to have those 'isi' that would make me look more appealing! hehehe

But now..eh sorry lah! I weigh 10kg more! (obviously! that was donkey years ago!)My hubby keep on telling me I need to exercise..coz really..Im out of shape! I always said to myself.."ok after 6 months beranak I will go to the gym or do brisk walking"..tapi inda jua..I bought treadmill..now its gathering dust and looks useful to hang stuff on it hehehe. Pegi aerobics pun tahan only 4/5 classes. The thing is, Im always having babies..baru kan ke gym..pregnant tia (hehehe)..and nowadays when I think having 6 kids is enough...lain lagi 'excuse'nya..Im tired and I dont have time to exercise..juggling between work, jadi 'driver', spending time with kids, going to the grocers (makanan selalu habis - well, feeding 6 growing kids plus the orang tua-tua di rumah), involve in society..I can see my hubby rolling his eyes and saying 'uhuh' hehehe

When we received the VS Duffel Bag, first thing I thought was "eh ani bisai pakai membawa barang ke gym ni"..uhuh! exercise..exercise..exercise...when will I ever start doing it???

Today, we had more visits. The two Farahs that got me confused came. They were both wonderful people. So,thanks to Ferra and brother and Farah Ferrari, Shopaholic and friend too for coming over to have a look and of course for buying. I look forward for your visits again hehe...and if you like what you see and smell....you know what to do...spread the words ah? hehehe.

They suggested if we could do a package for 'Hantaran' or what we call 'Hantaran Sets' made up of BBW products. It was a very good idea. We will be putting up the 'Hantaran Sets' package and pricing soon enough. Watch out for them! Especially to bride and groom-to-be.....they will be perfect for your wedding...

We are also expecting more deliveries in a couple of weeks from US, so..hopefully we will be able to cater for the requests and will be replenishing the stocks too. When I was a kid, I remember my parents seldom/never (?) buy me kids' shampoo. I would just use whatever shampoo was available in the toilet..shampoo 'org tua' lah..macam sunsilk kah..dulu ada brand shampoo namanya Vosene, i think hehe. But I was never that fussy..mana saja lah..asal cuci rambut. I even used the soap to wash my hair and I was happy, never complained. I think I didnt realise that shampoos for kids were available that time.
Those were the days...cuba tah ani..memilih kali ah kanak-kanak sekarang ani! Lisa, my 5 year old girl..picks her own shampoo..yang princess lah..itu lah ..ini lah..now she's buying Loreal kids shampoo kah?? But..they do smell great on them.

Anyway, when I studied at overseas, wahhh banyak jenis shampoo available..I tried out sooooo many shampoos like VO5, Alberta, Pantene, Wella...ada yang warna greenish bluish bottle yang 2 in 1 kah or 3 in 1 kah..yang ada iklannya d TV dulu d UK i remember "..now..I just wash and go.."..antah apa kah lagi even the supermarkets ones I tried. But for donkey years somehow..I stuck to just Pantene. I dont know why (???) - really. Atu kali ganya yang paling femus kali...hmmm(???)
But now I've been using the VS and BBW hair and body products..My hair feels lighter, not greasy and it smells really nice. Mun lapis tudung lama inda becuci...kalah tu bau lapis tudung atu! Inda tecium lagi bau masam or hapak hahahaha (eh siok sendiri aku ketawa ah..hehe)

I had a very hectic day today. Our friends (husband & wife) from KL came for a short visit. They came last night and just got on the plane a couple of hours ago. Budd was on a business trip to KK, so he thought of visiting us and Aida joined him straight from KL last night.

My hubby has been craving for Ambuyat for quite some time, and I have been giving excuses not to go to the Ambuyat Restaurant! So, my hubby took the opportunity / had an excuse to go the Ambuyat Restaurant then. Konon to introduce them to Brunei Cuisine to them tapi ia yang makan berabis!

I have been waiting for the teenage size t-shirts / shirts for a few weeks and now they finally arrived yesterday. I love the Armani t-shirts and I immediately booked some for my boys. The t-shirts are top quality..after all, they are originals! I had four choice for Abang, he had a hard time deciding which one. Half an hour later, he finally picked the yellow Armani which he later wore for his night class..kebaruan lah tu! :) .....As usual, I picked one for Along and he didnt complain at all..as usual :) .......Acik just blink-blink his eyes as there's none in his size this time in Armani! hehehe. We have a wide range of the available scents. I have downloaded here Sensuous Amber and Cherry Blossom just to show a couple, but more will be put in the next posts. I have also downloaded other scents in my previous posts. This Sensual Amber reminds me of my Lampe Berger's sandalwood aromatherapy oil. The other day I thought one of the kids spill my sandalwood oil, but no, it came from the amber packaging. The room smell sooooo nice.And I must say the packaging is also sooooo nice. It looks so exclusive, I think.

The Cherry Blossom is one of the top selling scent in US and my friend, who just got married a couple of months ago is really into this scent and has been buying from me in this scent. Today more of the BBW products came. I had to open and arrange them carefully as I had to record them. I cannot imagine if I bring in all of the 51 scents that BBW have and this is only the Signature Collection. As stated in my intro on BBW, it is the sister company of VS. In fact, Limited Brands (who owns BBW and VS) started selling BBW first, then only VS. Anyway....back to my excitement on the delivery of the products...suddenly...Dania, my 3 year old daughter came in to my hideaway (not anymore apparently) and said "I want mells, peees" which totally means -"I want to smell, please"..and started choosing the body lotion. Eh kacau saja eh! But this happens every time she sees new deliveries of BBW or VS. Well, she thinks she is helping me by passing the stuff, so in appreciation of her initiative I say, 'next!' and she hurry herself up to get them..aaahhh so sweeeet :). So every time she barges in my stock-taking activity, I would anticipate her saying that! "I want mells, peees"..I wonder when will she be able to say them properly...

My friend, A, is allergic to creams and lotions, so she only could 'mengintu' the others when I brought the BBW to them...but then she ended buying for her mum - aaaa, so sweet. Anyway, back to A's allergies story...she requested if there is something for her to buy (hahaha). She meant something for her linen kah..mattress kah...just not her skin lah basically. Aha!! the pillow mist is totally perfect for her! I also sympathise with her becoz she always suffers from major migraine attacks..kasian girl! I gave her my Jasmin Vanilla to try at home..she totally loved it and worked wonders for her. She said that it was what she was looking for too- timely, as she has a pillow mist which is just tinggal sikiiiiiiit saja lagi and the shop that sells them last time don't sell them anymore.
