SPECIAL STATEMENT

Dear valued customers and readers,

We would like to make a statement regarding a transaction charged to some credit card holders which bear our shop's name. We have clarified with our credit card merchant provider regarding this issue. They have explained that this was a technical error. The transaction was for Kristal Astro subscription payment. The transaction was a valid transaction but instead of 'Kristal Astro' or DST in the narrative, it was wrongfully printed as "Shop@Lisa Sarah's". However, the payment was correctly made into Kristal Astro/ DST account.

If you wish to clarify this further, please call your credit card provider. They will be able to advise you.
